Role Overview

Atraski (operating as At Buzz) is a full-service digital marketing agency managing close to 40 client accounts across various sectors. The Operations Intern role sits at the critical ops layer, consolidating departmental status into a unified picture for leadership while supporting project execution and delivery across Delhi and Kolkata offices.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and delivery of live client projects, tracking deliverables, deadlines, and handoffs.
• Consolidate reporting from creative, content, performance, SEO, and web departments into a single status view.
• Flag delivery risks and bottlenecks such as content delays or quality gaps.
• Maintain and update project trackers, SOPs, and delivery checklists.
• Coordinate client pod execution and day-to-day delivery discipline.
• Perform content quality checks and maintain national operational standards.

Requirements

• Highly organized with the ability to own trackers and chase updates across multiple teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for status summarization.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure with multiple parallel deadlines.
• Firm follow-up skills to ensure departmental accountability.
• Final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi.
