Flutter Intern + Job Opportunity

Role Overview

Attento is building an invite-only platform that turns safe, distraction-free driving into real-world rewards and reputation. We are looking for a builder to join us as a Flutter Intern with the opportunity to convert into a full-time core team member. You will work directly with the founder and core engineering team to ship production-grade code that hits real users on day one.

Responsibilities

• Crafting smooth, high-performance, pixel-perfect iOS and Android screens using Dart and modern state management.
• Implementing deep native and sensor integration, including high-frequency location data and background tasks.
• Connecting the engine by hooking up RESTful APIs, Firebase infrastructure, and real-time data streams.
• Profiling performance to eliminate laggy frames and build seamless animations.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Dart, including async code (Futures, Streams), widget lifecycles, and OOP.
• Proven proof of work via GitHub, side projects, published apps, or open-source contributions.
• Extreme attention to detail regarding animations and layout consistency.
• A curiosity to understand how technologies work under the hood rather than just relying on packages.
• Ability to travel to our Baner office daily.

Nice to Have

• Experience with background location services or device sensors.
• Experience with native code such as Swift or Kotlin and Platform Channels.
• Familiarity with CI/CD or building Flutter apps for CarPlay / Android Auto.
