Backend Developer – AI/GenAI

Role Overview

We are looking for a Backend Developer specializing in AI/GenAI to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation and Generative AI applications. You will build scalable backend services and integrate LLMs to solve real-world business use cases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Build and integrate Generative AI applications using LLMs.
• Develop intelligent automation and document processing workflows.
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage AI applications on AWS.
• Integrate and work with APIs, vector databases, and AI frameworks.
• Develop and optimize AI workflows for real-world business use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable AI products.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, and AI technologies.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Prompt Engineering.
• Experience deploying applications and working with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar AI frameworks.
• Familiarity with Vector Databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Good understanding of MySQL, REST APIs, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

• Experience in RAG-based applications and AI agents.
• Experience with document intelligence, OCR, or document processing.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of AI evaluation, model optimization, and production monitoring.
