Job Description
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MERN Full Stack Developer to design and develop modern, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js to deliver high-performance and user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI designers to implement user-friendly and responsive interfaces.
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code for both frontend and backend.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs, services, and databases.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Develop, test, and deploy new features and functionalities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance issues across the entire stack.
- Collaborate in an agile development environment and attend daily standups and sprint planning.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with expertise in the MERN stack.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end development frameworks like React.js and Redux.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL integration.
- Solid understanding of NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (JWT, OAuth) and security best practices.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Ability to write unit tests and work in a test-driven development environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Ability to commute/relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
