Infrastructure & Systems Engineer

Role Overview

Augnito is seeking an Infrastructure & Systems Engineer to manage and optimize our multi-cloud infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability for our next-gen Voice AI platform powering the healthcare industry. Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize multi-cloud infrastructure, leveraging Docker and Kubernetes to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.
• Streamline on-premises setups through automation and adopt Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CFT for efficient provisioning and configuration management.
• Deploy, configure, and resolve issues across Windows & Linux environments, ensuring system stability and minimal downtime.
• Set up robust monitoring and alerting systems using Prometheus & Grafana to improve observability and respond proactively to incidents.
• Drive continuous learning in cloud operations, automation, and DevOps while exploring new tools and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience managing Windows & Linux systems along with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure required).
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform/CFT, Kops, and monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana.
• Proficiency in Bash & Python, with experience in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.).
• Solid understanding of serverless architectures, cloud networking, storage, and automation across major cloud platforms.
