Role Overview
The Intern – Mobile Application Developer will support the design, development, and testing of mobile applications as part of a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata at Automatrix, a data science company focused on building intelligent systems powered by Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications.
- Build responsive UI and integrate APIs/backend services.
- Debug and resolve application issues and performance problems.
- Work with databases, authentication, and third-party integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Follow coding standards and contribute to documentation and code reviews.
- Learn and implement new mobile development technologies.
Requirements
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and mobile UI/UX.
- Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub and databases.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work with new technologies.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
