AI/ML Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer with 3–7 years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with modern AI tools and frameworks, and the ability to build scalable AI-powered applications using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js, along with exposure to modern Generative AI and LLM technologies such as Claude and Qwen (Qwen.AI).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions for real-world applications.
• Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms and data pipelines.
• Build AI-powered applications using Python, JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Develop scalable and secure backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.
• Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
• Integrate AI/ML models and LLM-based services, including Claude and Qwen.AI, into web applications.
• Work with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and/or Computer Vision solutions.
• Perform model training, evaluation, tuning, and optimization.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and production-ready code.
• Deploy and monitor AI/ML and web applications in production environments.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML or related software development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good hands-on experience with JavaScript.
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend development.
• Good experience with React.js and frontend development.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.
• Experience working with Generative AI / LLMs / NLP.
• Hands-on experience with Claude and Qwen.AI or similar LLM platforms.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Engineering.

Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD, and model deployment.
