Software Engineer II

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer, you will design, deploy, and support best-in-class software development processes and tools. You will work under general supervision, acting as a self-sufficient professional who defines own objectives and provides technical solutions to a diverse range of difficult problems within the Avaya Infinity™ platform ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop tasks including module design, coding, debugging, and documentation of application programs and systems level programming.
• Conduct systems programming and systems support activities.
• Develop coding and design tasks to ensure software meets specified performance, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Define model interfaces/formats for performance simulation.
• Define module-specific requirements for software development projects.
• Design, analyze, plan, and modify network components supporting communication implementation activities.
• Provide support to customer and account teams to understand requirements and resolve problems.

Requirements

• 2 - 3 Years of experience or Engineer One equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
