AI/ML Engineer Mentor – MAANG | GenAI & Frontier AI

Role Overview

We are hiring experienced AI/ML Engineers from MAANG companies to mentor learners in a practical, production-focused AI Engineer program. The engagement involves live mentoring, project reviews, practical guidance, and potential co-design/delivery of course modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide live mentoring and project reviews for learners.
• Offer practical guidance on AI/ML production systems.
• Potential co-design and delivery of course modules covering Classical ML, GenAI, and MLOps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on AI/ML or GenAI production experience.
• Current or recent MAANG experience preferred.
• Expertise in Core AI, Frontier AI, Foundation Models, LLMs, Deep Learning, or ML Systems.
• Strong knowledge of Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, RAG, Fine-tuning, Agents, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience with production AI systems, evaluation, scalability, observability, cost, and latency optimization.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
