Role Overview

Azymant Systems is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Software Development Interns to join our growing engineering team. This internship offers an opportunity to work on live AI-powered systems and ERP solutions, gaining practical experience in modern software development in a hybrid environment in Kolkata.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of software applications.
• Contribute to the development of AI-powered applications and ERP solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with team members to solve technical challenges.
• Participate in software testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Learn and work with modern technologies, tools, and development practices.
• Support customer demonstrations, technical discussions, and implementation activities when required.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong fundamental programming knowledge and logical problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of basic software development concepts and databases.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve technical skills.
• Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a collaborative startup environment.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to full-stack web development.
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Experience with Python or any modern programming language.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, React, Node.js, SQL, REST APIs, or cloud platforms.
• GitHub projects, hackathons, internships, or personal software projects.
