Introduction

We are hiring Technical Trainers and Aptitude Trainers for our campus at Parul University, Vadodara, Gujarat. Immediate joiners are preferred.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy teaching, mentoring, and helping students prepare for technical interviews, placement drives, and competitive examinations through classroom training and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Trainer Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom and practical sessions on Java, Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), and Full Stack Development.
• Prepare technical training materials, coding assignments, assessments, and practice exercises.
• Guide students in coding best practices, debugging techniques, and project development.
• Conduct coding assessments, mock interviews, and technical doubt-solving sessions.
• Train students for technical interviews and campus placement opportunities.

Aptitude Trainer Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability.
• Prepare aptitude worksheets, mock tests, assessments, and practice questions.
• Teach shortcut methods, problem-solving techniques, and examination strategies.
• Conduct aptitude tests, group discussions, and interview preparation sessions.
• Support students in placement preparation and competitive examination readiness.

Student Mentoring & Collaboration

• Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with academic and placement teams to improve training outcomes.
• Create an interactive and motivating learning environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior teaching or technical training experience is preferred.
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge and aptitude skills are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for teaching and guiding students toward career success.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Core Java and Advanced Java.
• Good understanding of Python and C programming.
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Experience with Java Full Stack Development.
• Frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular.
• Backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of MySQL or MongoDB databases.
• Familiarity with Git, APIs, and application deployment fundamentals.

Required Aptitude Skills

• Strong command over Quantitative Aptitude.
• Excellent Logical Reasoning skills.
• Good Verbal Ability and communication skills.
• Ability to teach shortcut techniques and problem-solving methods.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
• Provident Fund benefits.
• Work Location: Parul University, Vadodara (On-site).
