Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled, creative, and fully dedicated Website & App Developer to join our team. This is a long-term career opportunity for a responsible and disciplined candidate who is passionate about website development, mobile applications, software solutions, and modern digital technologies. The selected candidate will work closely with the management and creative team to develop, maintain, and improve websites, Android applications, iOS applications, admin panels, and other digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain professional business websites.
• Develop responsive websites that work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Build and manage Android and iOS mobile applications.
• Develop admin panels for managing products, services, customers, orders, content, and app data.
• Connect websites and mobile applications with a common database.
• Integrate Firebase, Firestore, authentication, cloud storage, APIs, and third-party services.
• Develop frontend interfaces and backend functionality according to project requirements.
• Test websites and applications for speed, responsiveness, usability, and security.
• Identify and fix technical errors, bugs, crashes, and performance issues.
• Manage website hosting, domains, deployment, app updates, and database configurations.
• Upload and publish applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Maintain organised project files, source code, database records, and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of website and application development is required.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Next.js, Flutter, React Native, Node.js, PHP, or Laravel is preferred.
• Understanding of databases such as Firebase, Firestore, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of API integration, user authentication, and cloud storage.
• Understanding of responsive design, user experience, and mobile compatibility.
• Knowledge of GitHub, version control, hosting, and deployment.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Freshers with strong practical skills or a good portfolio can apply.
