UI/UX Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing D2C team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing intuitive digital experiences for e-commerce websites, landing pages, and mobile-first interfaces. Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with AI-powered design tools is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, landing pages, and web applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and design systems using Figma.
• Enhance user experience by conducting UX research and implementing best design practices.
• Collaborate closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to deliver seamless user journeys.
• Design responsive interfaces optimized for desktop and mobile devices.
• Improve website conversion through user-centric design principles.
• Utilize AI design tools to accelerate design workflows and generate creative concepts.
• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color systems, and UI components.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, and emerging AI technologies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Strong proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
• Knowledge of prototyping, wireframing, and interactive design.
• Experience working with AI-powered design tools.
• Understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in a D2C or E-commerce company is mandatory.
• Candidate should be based in Nagpur or willing to relocate immediately.
