Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineering professional, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the North Star for CI/CD and platform workflows, emphasizing reliability, repeatability, and developer experience. You will lead modernization efforts, embed DevSecOps, and drive Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalable and secure delivery.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining CI/CD and platform workflows including source control, pipelines, and artifact management.
- Standardizing CI/CD using Azure Pipelines and creating reusable workflows.
- Leading modernization of build and deploy processes to containers and managed compute using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Embedding DevSecOps by integrating Fortify, Black Duck, and SonarQube into pipelines.
- Driving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible while promoting GitOps workflows.
- Defining standards for observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Mentoring DevOps and product team engineers and conducting PR reviews.
- Collaborating with Product Management, Security, and QA teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience across DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
- Proven achievements in improving deployment speed and reliability using AWS.
- Experience with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Experience with security tools like Fortify, GHAS, and Black Duck.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash within Linux environments.
