Digital Technology Experienced Professional - DevOps Engineering

Role Overview

As a DevOps Engineering professional, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the North Star for CI/CD and platform workflows, emphasizing reliability, repeatability, and developer experience. You will lead modernization efforts, embed DevSecOps, and drive Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalable and secure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Defining and maintaining CI/CD and platform workflows including source control, pipelines, and artifact management.
• Standardizing CI/CD using Azure Pipelines and creating reusable workflows.
• Leading modernization of build and deploy processes to containers and managed compute using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Embedding DevSecOps by integrating Fortify, Black Duck, and SonarQube into pipelines.
• Driving Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible while promoting GitOps workflows.
• Defining standards for observability using Prometheus and Grafana.
• Mentoring DevOps and product team engineers and conducting PR reviews.
• Collaborating with Product Management, Security, and QA teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science/engineering or a related field.
• 0–5 years of experience across DevOps, Platform, or SRE roles.
• Proven achievements in improving deployment speed and reliability using AWS.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS).
• Experience with security tools like Fortify, GHAS, and Black Duck.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Strong scripting skills in Python and Bash within Linux environments.
