Backend Developer - Freshers & Experienced

We're growing, and we're looking for passionate developers to grow with us.

At Banttech, we build modern websites, web applications, eCommerce platforms, SaaS products, and custom software for clients across India and internationally. As our team continues to expand, we're looking for developers who genuinely love solving problems, learning new technologies, and writing clean, logical code.

Laravel experience is preferred, but a strong programming mindset is more important than knowing a specific framework.

If you're a fresher with excellent coding fundamentals and the willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What We're Looking For

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of programming fundamentals.
• Laravel experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of Laravel, NodeJs, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or any modern web technology is a plus.
• Passion for learning and continuously improving.
• Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into quality code.
• Someone who enjoys building software—not just completing tasks.
