Role Overview

BAOIAM Innovations Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a UI/UX Design Intern who wants to learn how professional digital products are designed and improved in a real corporate environment. This learning-based internship is designed for students and aspiring designers to gain hands-on experience with live corporate projects, covering the complete design process from research to prototyping and developer handoff.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and UI designs.
• Design clean, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Develop prototypes for web and mobile experiences.
• Work on assigned live corporate design tasks.
• Participate in design discussions and review meetings.
• Implement feedback from senior designers and stakeholders.
• Maintain design consistency across screens and products.
• Collaborate with product, development, marketing, and other teams.
• Prepare designs for developer handoff.
• Conduct basic usability checks and identify UX improvements.
• Maintain organized design files and components.
• Document design decisions and project learnings.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of design principles.
• Good visual sense and attention to detail.
