UI/UX Design Intern

Role Overview

Baseline IT Development Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer with 0–6 months of experience to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of UI/UX principles, a creative mindset, and the ability to design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Create clean, modern, and user-friendly UI designs for websites and applications.
• Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows.
• Work closely with developers and other team members to implement designs.
• Maintain consistency in design, layouts, typography, colors, and overall user experience.
• Conduct basic research and understand user behavior and requirements.
• Make design improvements based on feedback and usability requirements.
• Stay updated with current UI/UX trends and design practices.

Requirements

• Graduation in IT/Computer Science or a related IT field is mandatory.
• 0–6 months of experience.
• Candidates with relevant academic projects, internships, or portfolios will be preferred.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow.
