Agentic AI Developer

Role Overview

Codium Techlabs is looking for a hands-on Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, tool usage, and multi-step execution. You'll work on production-grade systems that solve real business problems through automation and intelligent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design and build autonomous AI agents with multi-step reasoning, task planning, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.
• Develop using LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude APIs, and Google Gemini APIs.
• Build end-to-end RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embedding generation, and semantic search.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Chroma, or FAISS.
• Build scalable APIs using FastAPI and REST.
• Deploy systems using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents/LLM applications.
• Strong Python skills and production experience with FastAPI.
• Practical experience with at least one major vector database and one agent framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on Laravel development experience.
