About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Rust Backend Developer with 0 to 2 years of experience to join our engineering team in Kozhikode. This is a full-time, onsite role where you’ll design, build, and optimize backend services using Rust for real-world production applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade backend services in Rust
• Design and optimize data models with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Implement secure, scalable APIs and system integrations
• Work with concurrency, async programming, and performance tuning
• Debug and resolve complex backend issues in live systems
