Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Benthon Labs is a fast-growing global software development company. We are looking for a backend-heavy Full Stack SDE-2 to design and build scalable, high-performance services. The ideal candidate brings deep backend expertise and has shipped features on a live AI product, utilizing AI-powered development tools in their everyday workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable, high-performance services.
• Ship features for live AI products involving LLM integration or RAG.
• Optimize backend performance using async patterns and event loops.
• Manage database schema design, query tuning, and indexing.
• Implement caching strategies and distributed locking.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
• Hands-on production experience with Elasticsearch and Redis.
• Experience contributing to or shipping a live AI product (LLM integration, RAG, or agentic workflows).
• Active use of AI agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
• Working knowledge of React or Next.js.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
