About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building, training, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models, with a strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and availability to work during US business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI technologies.
• Fine-tune and optimize open-source and commercial foundation models.
• Develop AI agents, chatbots, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and AI automation workflows.
• Integrate AI models with REST APIs, web applications, and cloud platforms.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets for preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Deploy scalable AI solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Monitor model performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve AI systems.
