Role Overview

BeyondSkool is an education-focused organization committed to building innovative learning solutions and creating meaningful experiences for students, schools, teachers, and parents. We are looking for a motivated Software Developer to join our technology team and contribute to building and enhancing our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications and internal technology solutions.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Next.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.
• Develop and integrate backend APIs and services using Flask and PHP.
• Work with MySQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and management.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and other technology team members.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing application improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and development best practices.

Requirements

• Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in software/web development.
• Freshers with relevant internship, academic, or personal projects are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates must have practical knowledge of the technologies mentioned above.
• Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for learning and working on real-world technology products.
