PHP Web Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with experience in full-stack web development, Linux hosting environments, and server management. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable web applications, managing hosting infrastructure, and troubleshooting application and server-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, secure, and high-performance websites and web applications.
• Build modern frontend interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, React, or similar frameworks.
• Develop backend applications using PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), Node.js, or other modern technologies.
• Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB databases.
• Deploy and manage websites and applications on Linux servers and cloud hosting platforms.
• Configure and manage web servers such as Apache, Nginx, LiteSpeed, or OpenLiteSpeed.
• Manage DNS records, SSL certificates, email services, domains, and hosting accounts.
• Work with hosting control panels including cPanel, WHM, Plesk, CyberPanel, DirectAdmin, or similar platforms.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications on VPS, Cloud, and Dedicated Servers.
• Perform website migrations between hosting providers.
• Configure Git-based deployment workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor application performance, server health, logs, and security.
• Troubleshoot hosting, server, database, email, and application-related issues.
• Collaborate with support and infrastructure teams to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Follow coding standards, maintain documentation, and use version control best practices.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Good knowledge of PHP (Laravel), Python (Django/Flask), or Node.js.
• Experience with REST API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Knowledge of Linux server administration and web hosting environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, VPS, and server deployment.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with Linux-based hosting environments.
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be an added advantage.
