Job Description
Role Overview
Join Birlasoft as an Application Support/DevOps Support professional. In this role, you will support business applications within the Electric Vehicle Charging/Energy sector, ensuring high availability and business continuity while driving digital transformation through consultative and design-thinking approaches.
Responsibilities
- Ensure business continuity and high availability of business applications as per SLA.
- Provide level 2 support to business applications as per SLA.
- Investigate problem trends, identify root causes, and suggest possible solutions to the business.
- Ensure on-time delivery of business data requirements.
- Understand Electric vehicle Charging/ Energy business processes, functions, and KPIs.
Requirements
- Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (BE/B. Tech in IT / Computer Science Engineering).
- 2-5 years of experience in L2 operation support.
- Ability to interact with Business stakeholders.
- Strong presentation and documentation skills.
