AI Software Developer

Role Overview

Bitkraft Technologies LLP is seeking a highly motivated AI Software Developer with 2–4 years of experience in modern software development. The ideal candidate should possess strong full-stack development skills and hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools to build, optimize, and deploy scalable applications.

The role requires the ability to effectively utilize AI-assisted coding platforms, manage multiple projects simultaneously, contribute to cloud-based deployments, and develop solutions across web and mobile platforms for clients from diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications
• Build and enhance web and mobile applications for global clients
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve development speed and code quality
• Work on multiple client projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, QA, and Client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Participate in cloud deployments, CI/CD implementation, and automation initiatives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to development best practices
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and software development trends

Requirements

Essential Skills

• Strong experience in modern web application development using React.js, Vue.js, Angular, or equivalent frontend technologies
• Proficiency in backend development using Python (Django, Fast API), Node.js, or equivalent technologies
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices
• Strong understanding of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar
• Proficiency with Git and version control systems

AI-Assisted Development

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering and Context Management
• Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, testing, documentation, and automation
• Understanding of AI-driven software development workflows and productivity practices

Cloud, DevOps & Automation

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Knowledge of cloud-based deployments and application hosting
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Familiarity with DevOps concepts and release management processes
• Experience with Docker, containerization, or orchestration tools is an advantage

Desirable Skills

• Knowledge of Mobile Application Development (Android/iOS/Flutter/React Native)
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations, LLM APIs, and automation frameworks
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and automated testing practices
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience
