Software Engineer

Role Overview

You will build different parts of our payment network, that have high scale, precision and availability requirements. You will be part of a world class team delivering awesome features to Blackhawk consumers and partners. You will stretch the limits of backend technologies to deliver functionality, leveraging cutting edge technologies on the cloud and application stacks to build efficient systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React.js, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS applications, ensuring smooth and efficient UI performance.
• Collaborate with design and backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and enhance user experiences.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and reduce bugs.
• Stay updated with modern frontend technologies.

Requirements

• B.Tech. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in frontend development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Good understanding of Node.js.
• Good debugging skills and familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Experience with writing unit tests for frontend components.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Team player with good communication skills, able to work in a distributed team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Python, Django, Flask frameworks, and SQL.
