Role Overview
Aladdin Data is the foundation of the Aladdin platform, delivering trusted, scalable, and high-quality data solutions that power investment decision-making across BlackRock and its global client base. The Enterprise Data Catalog is a foundational platform within the Aladdin Data ecosystem, designed to provide a unified, scalable, and intelligent layer for metadata management, data discovery, lineage, and governance across BlackRock. Built on top of the open-source DataHub platform, we are extending and customizing its capabilities.
As an Associate, Backend Engineer, you will play a key role in evolving this platform—enhancing core metadata services, extending native DataHub capabilities, and building a seamless, pluggable framework that integrates deeply with BlackRock’s data ecosystem.
