Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, accelerate development, and improve code quality.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, AI trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as React, Angular, Node.js or Spring Boot.
• Understanding of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, distributed systems, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), load balancing, and cloud-native application development.
• Microservices Architecture, Event-driven architectures using modern frameworks and Scalable Application Design.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI-assisted development platforms is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
