Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer to join our Engineering team in Pune. This role involves designing and delivering scalable monitoring, observability, and operational automation solutions within mission-critical financial services environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable monitoring, observability, self-service, and operational automation solutions for Production Support teams.
• Implement site reliability engineering practices, including SLIs, SLOs, alert optimization, and capacity management.
• Utilize cloud-native platforms, microservices, and containers for resilient application design.
• Leverage AI-assisted engineering for automated incident triage and workflow orchestration.
• Mentor engineers, influence technical direction, and collaborate across distributed development and operations teams.
• Define measurable automation outcomes to reduce manual effort and improve incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of software development experience with increasing responsibility for technical design or leadership.
• Experience in the securities or financial-services industry.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, or Moogsoft.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Git.
• Experience with messaging frameworks such as MQ or Kafka.
• Strong scripting skills in Python or Shell.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including GitLab, Jenkins, or Maven.
• Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments.
