WordPress Developer (Strong Frontend) - REMOTE

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with strong frontend development skills and hands-on experience with Laravel. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building custom WordPress solutions while also being comfortable developing and maintaining Laravel-based applications. This role involves working on both marketing websites and product-related web applications, so frontend proficiency is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom WordPress websites.
• Build custom themes and plugins.
• Customize WordPress using hooks, filters, and custom post types.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces from designs.
• Work with Gutenberg Block Editor and develop/customize Gutenberg blocks.
• Convert Figma/Adobe XD/PSD designs into responsive WordPress pages.
• Write clean HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and backend developers.
• Develop and maintain Laravel-based web applications and backend functionality.
• Troubleshoot and enhance existing Laravel applications alongside WordPress projects.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of professional WordPress development with hands-on experience in Laravel.
• Strong experience with custom theme and plugin development.
• Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
• Custom Post Types & Taxonomies.
• WordPress REST API.
