Role Overview

Join the Bosch Digital Public Cloud Services team to deliver platform operations and service delivery tasks. As a SO_Public_Cloud_Platform_Engineer, you will support the technology powerhouse of Bosch, ensuring efficient management of global cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents and service requests related to public cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Manage IT Service Provider (ITSP) requests within defined SLAs.
• Provision, manage, and govern cloud subscriptions, accounts, and projects.
• Perform lifecycle management, including creation, modification, and decommissioning of cloud resources.
• Prepare monthly reporting of service delivery KPIs and internal charging data.
• Support cloud cost optimization and security initiatives.
• Coordinate with cloud vendors and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in public cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with ticketing and vendor case handling.
• Solid fundamentals in IT Infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
