Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and execution-driven Event Planning Executive to manage end-to-end operational planning and on-ground execution for Events and MICE projects. The role requires strong vendor coordination, operational control, documentation, and real-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Proactive, organised, and passionate candidate to take full ownership of projects
• Coordinate with hotels, travel partners, airlines, transporters, artists, and other vendors for operational readiness
• Ensure timely confirmations, follow-ups, and closures with all vendors
• Prepare internal operational updates and reports using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Manage local and outstation travel for event execution

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (Post-graduation preferred)
• Degree/Diploma in Events, Hospitality, or MICE is an added advantage
• 1+ year of experience in Event Operations or MICE
• Must be willing to travel for events
