The role This Junior Web Developer position exists to support the technical infrastructure that underpins our consulting engagements. As we handle complex organizational problems, our consultants require refined digital tools to process and present their findings. For instance, we are currently supporting a major Italian infrastructure group based in Rome as they navigate structural changes and internal realignment. You will be responsible for the maintenance and incremental improvement of the web-based platforms that house our data, ensuring that client leadership has a clear, accessible view of the evidence we provide. This is a fully remote, full-time permanent role that prioritizes technical accuracy and clean, functional design over flashy visuals.

What you will do

• Maintain and update internal web applications used for organizational mapping and data analysis.
• Build and refine front-end interfaces to ensure complex information is presented clearly to executive clients.
• Assist in the management of secure, web-based portals for sharing reports and structural findings.
• Perform routine technical audits of our existing web tools to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with our consultants to translate their analytical needs into functional web features.
• Write clear, technical documentation for all code updates and new tools to ensure long-term stability.
• Test new features across different environments to ensure a reliable experience for our remote team and our clients.
• Support the integration of data from external sources into our internal reporting dashboards.
