Front End Developer

Role Overview

Bridge Capital is a growing FinTech company focused on building technology-driven financial and lending solutions. We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer to join our technology team and contribute to building scalable, secure, and user-friendly digital products. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in React, React Native, and JavaScript, along with experience developing scalable and responsive web applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable and responsive web applications.
• Build reusable and modular UI components using React and React Native.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code.
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs and services.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and Product teams to translate requirements into functional interfaces.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end and application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless API integration and data flow.
• Contribute to testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of applications.
• Ensure a high standard of usability, performance, and security across applications.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Front-End Development.
• Mandatory: Prior professional experience in a FinTech company.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend integrations.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture.
• Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Lending / Digital Lending.
• Experience working with NBFCs or lending-focused FinTech companies.
• Exposure to LOS (Loan Origination System) or LMS (Loan Management System).
• Understanding of loan journeys, repayment workflows, customer onboarding, or financial products.
• Experience working on high-volume financial or transactional applications.
• Familiarity with Git/version control systems.
• Understanding of front-end security and performance optimization.
