Role Overview

We are seeking a Copilot AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy custom Copilot agents that transform enterprise workflows and deliver meaningful business value through advanced AI orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy custom Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Architect and implement AI solutions integrating enterprise data across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- Develop custom connectors, grounding data pipelines, and AI orchestration logic.
- Leverage Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, and Azure AI Services for retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions.
- Build and optimize prompt flows, semantic memory, and contextual grounding.
- Implement agent-to-agent communication frameworks such as A2A and MCP.
- Collaborate with business teams to translate use cases into scalable AI applications and prototypes.
- Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, data security, and governance standards.
- Monitor and improve the performance and accuracy of AI solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in AI solution development or Microsoft Cloud engineering.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Graph, and SharePoint REST APIs.
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse).
- Strong understanding of AI architecture patterns including RAG, prompt chaining, and function calling.
- Experience with Python, C#, React, or TypeScript for building integrations and APIs.
- Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search, MLOps, and Azure DevOps.
