Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data products.
• Develop a centralized data layer to deliver data products at scale.
• Use ELT frameworks to transform raw or semi-structured data into contextualized models, preferably using dbt.
• Support architectural solutions, preferably on AWS, to drive efficiency.
• Partner with AI and ML teams to deliver data skeletons for internal tools.
• Write documented, tested, and DRY code within dbt.
• Follow analytical lifecycle processes and quality frameworks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
• Focus on innovative solutions to accelerate business decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Engineering preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in analytical engineering, data modeling, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with SQL, SPARK, and Python.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to dbt.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools like AWS and Airflow.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and Agile development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
