Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data products.
- Develop a centralized data layer to deliver data products at scale.
- Use ELT frameworks to transform raw or semi-structured data into contextualized models, preferably using dbt.
- Support architectural solutions, preferably on AWS, to drive efficiency.
- Partner with AI and ML teams to deliver data skeletons for internal tools.
- Write documented, tested, and DRY code within dbt.
- Follow analytical lifecycle processes and quality frameworks to ensure accurate, on-time delivery.
- Focus on innovative solutions to accelerate business decision-making.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Data Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or Engineering preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in analytical engineering, data modeling, or a similar role.
- Proficiency with SQL, SPARK, and Python.
- Hands-on experience or exposure to dbt.
- Knowledge of data engineering tools like AWS and Airflow.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with version control (Git, SVN) and Agile development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
