Junior Front End Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Front-End Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern front-end technologies, UI implementation, and AI-assisted development. You will work closely with designers and back-end developers to build responsive, visually appealing, and high-performance web applications while leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Vue.js.
• Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and cross-browser compatible web pages.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and back-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Build reusable, maintainable, and scalable front-end components.
• Integrate REST APIs and ensure smooth interaction between front-end and back-end systems.
• Debug, test, and optimize applications for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, documentation, and development workflows.
• Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies, AI-assisted development trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Front-End Development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and Vue.js.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and mobile-first development.
• Above-average proficiency in Figma (preferred) or Adobe XD.
• Ability to convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.
• Strong debugging skills with experience using browser developer tools.
• Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
