.NET Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

CAI is looking for a motivated .NET Full Stack Developer to design and develop scalable, AI-driven applications. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Bengaluru, focusing on architecting AI-enhanced solutions utilizing Azure cloud infrastructure and integrating Large Language Models into production-grade applications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design teams to architect AI-enhanced solutions aligned with business requirements utilizing Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Integrate Large Language Models (Claude, Azure OpenAI Service) into production-grade .NET applications with MS SQL Server backends.
• Architect, design, build, and maintain scalable applications using .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Implement intelligent features including RAG systems, NLP processing, and context-aware responses.
• Produce production-ready, well-tested code and mentor junior developers on AI integration patterns and React best practices.
• Actively participate in SCRUM ceremonies and adhere to Agile development methodologies.
• Develop responsive, performant applications with Bootstrap and modern CSS frameworks.
• Design and optimize MS SQL Server databases, including stored procedures, functions, and query optimization.
• Develop API-first applications employing schema-first design methodology using OpenAPI specifications and Swagger.

Requirements

• BE / BTech with 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience OR bachelor's with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of .NET 6/7/8 frameworks, C# 10-12, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
• Expertise in MS SQL Server database design, T-SQL programming, and query optimization.
• Demonstrated experience developing production-grade AI-enhanced web applications using .NET and React.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Practical experience integrating Claude API or Azure OpenAI Service into .NET applications.
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control and automated deployment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate in Agile/SCRUM environments.
