Role Overview
Working in the area of Software Engineering, this role encompasses the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. The engineer applies scientific methods to solve complex problems and is responsible for the application of engineering practices across research, design, and development.
Responsibilities
- Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
- Develop and apply software engineering practices in research, design, and maintenance.
- Exercise original thought and judgment to supervise technical and administrative work.
- Collaborate with other software engineers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
- Organize own time to deliver against tasks with a mid-term horizon.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
