Role Overview
As a Software Engineer, you will work in the area of software engineering, encompassing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software solutions and applications. You will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve complex problems, exercising original thought and judgment to deliver accurate and reliable results with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems.
- Responsible for the development and application of software engineering practices in research, design, development, and maintenance.
- Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
- Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
- Organize time to deliver against tasks with a mid-term horizon.
Requirements
- More than one year of relevant work experience in software engineering.
- Solid understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to make decisions based on situational understanding.
