Job Description
Role Overview
The Associate AI Engineer supports the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms specifically for HR. Working under the guidance of more experienced engineers, the role contributes to developing AI applications, preparing and transforming data, integrating enterprise systems, testing solutions, and supporting deployment and monitoring activities. The position works closely with other AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams in an Agile delivery environment.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing AI applications and intelligent automation platforms.
- Prepare and transform data for AI models.
- Integrate enterprise systems with AI solutions.
- Test solutions and support deployment and monitoring activities.
- Work within an Agile delivery environment alongside product owners and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of total experience.
- Must have expertise in Copilot Studios, Low Code AI solutions, MCP Server Development, AI guardrails, Entra ID management, and Generative AI.
