Job Description
Role Overview
The Associate AI Engineer supports the design, development, implementation, and support of AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms specifically for HR. Working within an Agile delivery environment, the role contributes to developing AI applications, preparing and transforming data, integrating enterprise systems, and supporting deployment and monitoring activities to enable enterprise AI adoption.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI-enabled solutions and intelligent automation platforms.
- Prepare and transform data for AI applications.
- Integrate enterprise systems and support deployment and monitoring activities.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, product owners, HR stakeholders, and technology teams.
- Contribute to the AI solution lifecycle, including development, integration, deployment, and governance.
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of total experience.
- Experience with Copilot Studios and Low Code AI solutions.
- Knowledge of MCP Server Development and AI guardrails.
- Experience with Entra ID management and Generative AI.
