Java Full Stack Trainer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Learning Specialist with 4-12 years of experience in Full Stack Development and Technical Training to design, deliver, and drive impactful learning programs for freshers and lateral hires. You will be responsible for building strong full-stack development capabilities through hands-on, project-based learning, mentoring learners, and ensuring successful knowledge transfer aligned with business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led training programs on Full Stack technologies with a strong focus on practical application and project-based learning.
• Design and develop comprehensive curricula, learning materials, assignments, assessments, and coding exercises aligned to business and learning objectives.
• Mentor and coach learners on coding best practices, problem-solving techniques, debugging, and software development fundamentals.
• Track learner progress, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous skill development and successful learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 4-12 years of experience in Full Stack Development and Technical Training.
• Proven experience in Full Stack training with excellent communication and mentoring skills.
• Expertise in delivering training on Java, Spring Boot, and React.
