Quality Analyst Engineer - Conversational AI / Dialogflow CX Testing

Responsibilities

• Validate end-to-end Dialogflow CX chatbot journeys, including intents, entities, conversation flows, and session management.
• Perform functional, conversational, web widget, API, and integration testing.
• Execute performance, load, and stress testing using tools such as JMeter or k6.
• Develop and maintain automation test suites using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify defects and validate GenAI responses.

Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in QA Testing with expertise in chatbot, web, API, and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow CX, Conversational AI testing, and NLP validation.
• Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman and REST APIs.
• Experience with automation tools and programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Expertise in performance testing and defect management tools such as JIRA.
