AI SOFTWARE ENGINEER (FULL-STACK + LLMs)

Role Overview

We are building Blephy, an AI-powered software product focused on e-commerce operations. This is a greenfield product with no legacy code. You will be working from first principles, shipping fast, and helping shape both the product and the technical foundation. We are looking for a builder, not a research-only engineer. Someone who is comfortable using modern AI coding tools, working from PRDs, and iterating quickly from idea to working product.

Responsibilities

• A full-stack web application (frontend and backend)
• AI / LLM-powered features and workflows
• Backend APIs, databases, authentication, and integrations
• Prompt design, tool usage, and LLM orchestration
• Product-level technical decisions and trade-offs
• End-to-end ownership from PRD to MVP and beyond

Requirements

• Ability to break vague ideas into clear, shippable tasks
• Comfort working with ambiguity
• Strong product thinking, not just coding
• Preference for shipping and iterating over over-planning
• Using AI tools to increase speed and quality, not as a crutch
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools
