Role Overview

As an Operations Administrative Intern, you will support the Field Team Network by assisting with various administrative duties to help simplify the long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Performing administrative tasks such as email communications, contacting Field Team Partners, and taking meeting notes.
• Organizing document storage and reviewing current processes for improvement.
• Participating in time studies and shadowing team members to document tasks.
• Performing quality reviews of calls or transactions to support customer service excellence.
• Supporting various business projects aligned with professional growth.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Ability to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple monitors.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
