Job Description

Manage End to End Performance Engineering/Testing Delivery for Key Projects.

End-to-end ownership of performance testing projects, including requirements gathering, test design, scripting, execution, analysis, and reporting.
Expertise in root cause analysis of performance issues and providing recommendations through proof-of-concepts.
Ability to evaluate performance across UI, middleware, and backend layers.

Strong experience in performance testing and engineering for web, mobile, and hybrid applications.
Advanced proficiency in JMeter (Groovy, JSR223, Web HTTP, Selenium WebDriver).
Hands-on scripting using TypeScript/JavaScript with Playwright.
Solid experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as AppDynamics, Grafana, Kibana, and other profiling utilities.
Familiarity with AWS Cloud monitoring (CloudWatch) and Azure/AWS key services for performance monitoring and DevOps.
Client-side performance testing using Lighthouse and Sitespeed.
Programming knowledge in SQL and at least one language such as Java or Python.
Desired skills include experience creating Sitespeed scripts, knowledge of K6 with Grafana and Artillery, and ability to develop in-house tools and enhancements.
