Role Overview

CD Events Co (CDCO) is seeking two summer/fall interns to gain hands-on experience in the event production industry. This role involves learning event execution from top to bottom, including travel and on-site operations. The position offers a flexible schedule of 8-12 hours per week, with remote and/or in-office options available for candidates in the greater Boston or NYC areas.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination and Research
• Account Management and Auction Facilitation
• Creating Workplans and Creative/Collateral Facilitation
• Promotion and Social Media Support
• Vendor, Venue, and Guest Management
• Operations and Production support

Requirements

• Currently a junior, senior, or above majoring in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of Social Media
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and Google Sheets
• Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively
• Commitment to the summer and fall season (August – December 2026)
