Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join a project for a research organization focused on understanding and addressing the country’s longstanding productivity challenges. You will work on modern web applications, contributing to both backend and frontend development using PHP and Vue.js/React.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP and Vue.js/React.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Work with databases and ensure efficient data management.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Collaborate with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with the project team in English.

Requirements

• This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Europe.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with PHP.
• Good experience with Vue.js and/or React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases.
• Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of responsive design and web application performance.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at B1+ level.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a distributed team.
