Role Overview
As part of the Intelligent Automation and Engineering team, you will play a key role in designing, building, and scaling Agentic AI–driven solutions, with RPA acting as an execution layer where appropriate. This role is geared toward engineers who can design autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, orchestrate workflows, and embed intelligence into business processes—while leveraging UiPath and Blue Prism for task-level automation.
Responsibilities
- Leverage RPA tools (UiPath and Blue Prism) as part of broader AI-driven automation architectures.
- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions, enabling intelligent decision-making, task orchestration, and autonomous workflow execution.
- Build and integrate AI agents using LLMs, NLP, OCR, and ML services to augment or replace rules-based automation.
- Integrate AI agents and RPA workflows with enterprise applications via secure APIs and services.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into resilient AI-enabled automation solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, compliance, scalability, and reliability.
- Contribute to technical design reviews, code reviews, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
- Document AI-agent architectures, automation flows, and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in software engineering, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled solution delivery.
- Working knowledge of UiPath and/or Blue Prism, including orchestration and reusable components.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven workflow orchestration.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, OCR, and AI/ML concepts.
- Experience building API-based integrations and system-to-system workflows.
- Proficiency in Python and/or .NET for AI integration and orchestration logic.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
